Hydrogenated palm kernel stearin Super Choco Chox is a hydrogenated and fractionated cocoa butter substitute (CBS) based on palm kernel oil. It features a very sharp melting profile, providing excellent snap, gloss, and mouthfeel in finished products. Its stable fat composition ensures consistent processing performance, making it ideal for use in chocolate, confectionery coatings, enrobing, and compound chocolate applications. Offers excellent tempering stability and helps achieve uniform texture and shine in chocolate and confectionery products.
